Current Curriculum theme

  1. LEAP Preschool, which provides an inclusive high quality early intervention learning environment to children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their typically-developing peers was the first program of its kind when it was created in 1981. Since then, the program has grown and the Watson Institute added LEAP to its educational service.
  2. The specialized coursework in my program provided me with a wide range of unique learning experiences. From courses and electives including Creativity in Counseling to Substance Abuse and Dependency and Multicultural Counseling, together these courses have helped me become the professional that I am today with the ability to practice competently.
